Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to join our growing team at Diwans Technical Solutions. You will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Your role will involve creating high-quality content — from eye-catching graphics and reels to AI-generated videos and professional photo edits. You will plan content calendars, execute campaigns, monitor analytics, and stay ahead of the latest social media trends and AI tools to deliver content that drives real engagement and growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Galiakot, Rajasthan. You will work closely with the marketing and design team to bring creative ideas to life.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video creation using AI tools (Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with video editing — Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics and creatives
• Ability to create short-form content: Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos
• Understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Good aesthetic sense and eye for design
• Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Prior experience managing business or brand social media pages is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
